As referenced during a recent podcast episode of #LetsTalkBoxing I’m delighted to reveal that we’ve linked up with Hamilcar Publications, the book publishing division of Hannibal Boxing to review some of their work.
Myself & Ewan will be reviewing three books from Hamilcar written by three of the finest boxing writers/authors in the world in Paul Zanon - TheGhost Of Johnny Tapia, Carlos Acevedo - Sporting Blood; Tales From The Dark Side Of Boxing & Don Stradley - Berserk; The Shocking Life & Death Of Edwin Valero.
Each book promises to be a compelling read & we’re extremely thankful to have been invited into this venture, many thanks to Katrina Power for reaching out & offering this opportunity.
As part of the SimBoxx Book Club we will also be arranging interviews with Paul Zanon & Don Stradley to further discuss their in-depth career, influences & vast experiences in writing about the sport of boxing.
